StudentHQ Lettings is a small family run business based in Lancaster specialising in high quality student housing. We feel it is important to get to know our tenants and pride ourselves on knowing each and every one by name.
Our student houses are in great locations offering easy access to Lancaster University, the University of Cumbria and Lancaster city centre. All of our student houses come fully furnished and most living quarters have double beds throughout.
As part of our commitment to providing a quality service to our tenants, all our properties are fitted with high speed fibre broadband as standard.
